Law Offices of Jon T. King

Plaintiffs’ Employment Law Attorney

Aggressive and efficient legal representation of plaintiffs for more than 20 years.

Attorney Jon T. King has represented individuals as plaintiffs in complex civil litigation for more than 20 years. When you are the underdog, when you feel voiceless, when you feel powerless, we step in on your behalf.

Mr. King specializes in representing employees that have been unlawfully mistreated by their employers. He devoted many years of his career to representing athletes in individual and class action cases against the National Collegiate Athletic Association (“NCAA”), the National Football League (“NFL”), and numerous other governing bodies in amateur and professional sports.

Mr. King then took the skills that he honed in those intense matters against very formidable adversaries and broadened his focus. He now also represents employees that have been (1) unlawfully discriminated against; (2) sexually harassed; (3) unlawfully retaliated against for raising complaints about discrimination, or assisting those that have done so; and (4) a party to an employment contract breached by an employer.

A common theme in Mr. King’s matters is an imbalance of power. The employer or sports entity has the power, abuses that power, and then intimidates the employee or athlete to try to silence her or him. But when we represent a client, all of that changes. Rapidly. You will have a true advocate in your corner that stands up against abuses of power every day.

The Law Offices of Jon T. King is very selective about the cases that we take on. But when we are in, we are all in. Please contact us for a free consultation.
